Gulfside Townhomes is a small condo community in Gulf Shores, located in the more peaceful West Beach section. Smaller is not always so bad. With less people, it creates a more intimate ownership or vacation experience, there are less folks to deal with at the pool and beach, and you don't have to wait on elevators.
These condominiums were built in 1981 and have just 40 units on the beach side of West Beach Blvd. There are 2 levels of residential living above the ground floor that are used for parking, which makes it very convenient if it's raining. All of the units have 2 bedrooms and most have 2 1/2 baths. The size of these condos are fairly big for having just 2 bedrooms and range from 1,100 to 1,198 square feet.
As you can see above, there are some units that face the south, but most of the condos at Gulfside Townhomes have side views of the Gulf. Either way, you are just steps from the beach and don't have to cross any streets.
