You know that you live near the beach when you drive into Bella Vista. With all of the homes having light colored metal roofs and Hardi Board cement siding, there is definitely a coastal theme going on here. The neighborhood itself was established in 2008 but most of the construction really took off after 2015 to the present. At the time of this writing (late 2022), there are several homes being built now and there are a few empty lots that are still available. Also, this isn't a huge neighborhood. I don't know the exact number of total lots in Bella Vista but it's somewhere 100 homesites. The drive through the neighborhood is very calming and it's surrounded by woods, even though it's fairly close to Hwy 59. I was there just yesterday and I couldn't hear any noise at all from traffic or anything else.
All of the homes of Bella Vista have 3 or 4 bedrooms and range in size from 1,400 to 2,342 square feet. You're going to find 9 foot ceilings, an open floor plan, and a modern coastal theme in most of these properties.
