Stonebridge is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Spanish Fort.  This fairly large new subdivision with Craftsman style homes is surrounded by thousands of tall pines and comes across as a very peaceful place to live.  If you're thinking about buying a home in Stonebridge, you are probably wondering what the HOA (Home Owner's Association) fees are and what you get for them.  Here you go...

The Pool Area

Stonebridge has an attractive, resort style pool complete with a pergola covered sitting area, fire pit, and grilling area.

There is also a grilling area and a smalll fitness room inside the building near the pool.  Yes, there is even a Bocce Ball Court.
