As seen at Homesnacks.net for the fastest growing cities in Alabama, we find that Spanish Fort comes in at #10. There are a number of reasons for this, including great schools, nearby shopping, and its proximity to major thoroughfares; however, this post has to do with some of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Spanish Fort because, well, I'm a Realtor and people need a place to live, right?
