The Baldwin County condo sales data shown cover Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, as well as other cities in the county including Fairhope, Daphne, and Spanish Fort. However, the bulk of the sales are represented by the coastal cities.
Demand is up 2.9% from July 2015 as there were 149 more units that were sold in July 2016. Historical figures show that this year's figures are up by 21.7% from July 2011.
Supply for Baldwin County is down by 7.6% compared to a year ago and down by 10.9% compared to 5 years ago.
The Median Sales Price for Baldwin condos of $255,000 is also down by 4.9% from a year ago and up by 13.3% from 5 years ago. The Median Sales price is calculated by taking all sales for the month in order of price then selecting the sale in the middle.
The Average Sales Price for Baldwin condos of $327,809 for July 2016 is at an increase of 12.3% from a year ago and an increase of 17.4% from 5 years ago.
