Homes and condos continue to close in Baldwin County. According to the Baldwin County MLS, there were 524 closings in the month of August 2016, which is an increase of 16.7% from the same month last year. Year to date sales are 3% higher than they were the same period last year as well.
Because supply is down 4.4% from a year ago, we typically see prices increase which is what has happened. The median Baldwin County sales price for last August was $219,900 which is an increase of 5% from a year ago.
