OWA is the upcoming new amusement park in Foley, AL. It is scheduled to open this summer, and Rollin’ Thunder will be its headline attraction. The thrill ride begins with a vertical lift hill, then drops straight down more than 100 feet. Among the thrills on the ride is a 98-foot loop.
On February 14, 2017, USA Today listed OWA’s Rollin’ Thunder Roller Coaster as Number 6 of the 9 Most Anticipated New Roller Coasters for 2017!
