Market conditions are steady. Although days on the market is falling and current inventory is tightening, demand has remained unchanged. However, sales are exceeding existing inventory. If this trend continues, we are more than likely moving into a seller's market in the near future.

Single family home sales in Orange Beach have remained steady and have slowly began to exceed new inventory. Orange Beach is still in a buyer's market until more of the existing inventory is consumed.
