As a Realtor, Stonebridge is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Spanish Fort. Not only are most of the homes brand new, I just like the layout of the whole area. Stonebridge
The neighborhood itself is attractive. The streets are wide, and the elevation varies, giving the subdivision a lot of character. Also, the entire neighborhood is surrounded by thousands of tall pines, giving you a pleasant feeling of nature all around.
Stonebridge is only a few years old, and the neighborhood is fairly big, so if it's your goal to own a new construction home in Spanish Fort, you would have a great opportunity here.
There are 2 new construction builders in Stonebridge: Truland Homes and DR Horton. Both are very good and have been around for a long time building in Baldwin County. I would recommend either of them, but I'll talk more about their work further down the page.
