Stonebridge is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Spanish Fort and it happens to be one the hottest in the real estate market right now.  In fact, Stonebridge was at the top of the list for the best and most popular neighborhoods in Spanish Fort for the winter of 2017/2018.

All of the real estate information on this page was taken from the current data for homes that are on the market and from the last 60 days for sold properties.

Stonebridge Homes for Sale

This neighborhood is only a few years old and there's a lot of new construction going on which is why there are 27 homes for sale right now.  These homes range between 1,706 and 3,186 square feet.  The highest priced home is $423,730 and the lowest is $219,275.

Homes Sold in Stonebridge

As you can see from the infographic above, the neighborhood is attracting a great number of buyers with 12 homes sold in the last couple of months.  There are a few reasons for this in my opinion.  

• Stonebridge is an attractive neighborhood to live in
• Wide streets with sidewalks and streetlamps
• New construction from local quality builders
• The area is heavily wooded providing a nice, natural backdrop
• Amenities are better than most other neighborhoods in the area
• There are many different floorplans within the subdivision
• Location is within a few short miles of shopping, restaurants, and the interstate
• Price per square foot is very reasonable

The 12 homes that sold represent over $3,400,000 in volume.  The highest priced home was $405,000 and the lowest was $211,900.  The average square feet was 2,438 at an average price per square foot of $117.
