For those of you who have been thinking about full-time residence, a second home, or an investment property, you may have noticed that Emerald Greens has changed names to One Club.
Nothing has really changed but the name (from what I can see), so I'm guessing there's been an ownership change.
For those who have been looking to purchase in Emerald Greens/One Club or just keeping an eye on it, the name change has not transitioned over to our MLS system. So, when you're looking online for One Club, you are actually still looking at listings for Emerald Greens. This really doesn't
So, since so many people visit this site and inquire about this community, this is a public service announcement.
Emerald Greens/One Club Features
This community is special. It has clean lines and well-kept. Although it's north of the Intracoastal Waterway, you are still just minutes from the beach. It's really the best of both worlds if you want to be at the beach but not on the beach.
Emerald Greens/One Club is the most unique condo community in the area as it relates to golf. It's located on a 9-hole, executive golf course and guess what? It's free! All owners get to play as much as they want for nothing . . . zero . . . nada. All golf course fees are already covered in your condo fees. There is no other community in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach that has that feature.
I'm sure at this point you're thinking that the condo fees are outrageous. Umm, actually they're not!
Condo fees are around $350 and include:
