For the purposes of this article, here are all of the neighborhoods in Baldwin County where you will find homes built by DR Horton. The focus will be on the 6 major cities of the county including Spanish Fort, Daphne, Fairhope, Foley, Gulf Shores, and Orange Beach.

DR Horton has a number of brands as well that focus on different features:
- Express Homes - The main focus of this brand is to provide a brand new home that is affordable.
- Freedom Homes - Homes designed for those who are 55 and older.
- Emerald Homes - Here you will find homes that are built with luxury in mind with higher end features and functionality.

It's crucial that you understand the following when considering a new construction home. Real estate law states that one Realtor can only truly represent one party to a real estate transaction.
If you walk into a model home you are dealing with the Realtor of the seller (builder). That Realtor will not be looking out for your best interest but for the interest of the seller.
