Austin Bridges – Homes are typically between 2,500 and 3,200 square feet and priced from the $250k’s to the $350k’s.
Austin Brook - Impressive architectural designs with amenities that include an outdoor pool, tennis, basketball court, and a lake.
Austin Commons - Luxury living in a country setting. Homes are set on 1-4 acres with floor plans ranging from 2,500 to 3,000 square feet.
Austin Park - New construction and slightly lived in custom built homes with nice community amenities.
Austin Park Estates - Signature level home sites on large level lots with floor plans ranging between 2,550-4,500 square feet.
Avalon - An attractive rural neighborhood with homes from $350k to $550k, within 5 miles of Daphne schools.
Bailey Place - Attractive new construction in central Daphne. Prices in the mid to high $300k's.
Bay Branch Estates – Well established neighborhood with prices between the low $200k’s to the low $300k’s.
Bay Branch Villas - Affordable home options that are located near Malbis and Spanish Fort. Floor plans are between 1,500 and 2,000 square feet and priced below $200k.
Beau Chene - An exquisite, heavily wooded and gated community offers estate sized homes and lots with floor plans that range between 3,000 to 5,000 square feet.
Belforest - Large homes on very large lots in a rural setting. Some of the home sites have multiple acres.

Canterbury Place – Community is off of Route 181 and close to The Eastern Shore Centre. Homes are approx. 1,700 to 2,400 square feet.
Caroline Woods - New construction with modest sized properties along with modest prices.
Chamberlain Trace – Nice looking homes priced in the mid to high $200k’s.
Chelcey Place - Floor plans are typically between 1,700 and 2,400 square feet. Located near the intersection of Milton Jones Rd and Route 181.
Cotton Ridge Estates - Affordable home prices located in a quiet section in the middle of Daphne.
Creekside – Nice homes ranging around 2,500 to 3,200 square feet. Near the YMCA and large park.
D'Olive Creek Estates - Small, heavily treed community on the water.
Daphne - Homes in Daphne that are not associated with a particular neighborhood.
Diamante - New construction in central Daphne with homes in the mid to high $300's.
Dorsey Woods - New homes between 1,700 and 2,300 square feet and priced around $200k.
Dunmore – New construction and newly constructed homes. Nice looking Craftsmen styled homes in the low to high $200k’s.
Durnford Hill - Sought after neighborhood that is well established and heavily treed in Olde Daphne.
Eagle Creek - Quiet location with mature trees and homes around 1,800 to 2,100 square feet, near the YMCA.
Estates of Tiawasee - Secluded community off of Route 13 close to Daphne High School with large homes and lots.
French Settlement - New construction and slightly lived in properties ranging from 1,600 to 2,300 square feet. Located near the YMCA and the Trione Park.
Gardens on Randall - New Construction from 1,800 to 2,500 square feet near the intersection of 64 and 181 and Target.
Hillwood - A gorgeous part of Old Daphne with high end homes and large lots off of Scenic Hwy.
Historic Malbis – Large neighborhood with homes from the high $100k’s to the mid $400k’s. Close to the Eastern Shore Centre.
Jubilee Farms - Brand new neighborhood with the most attractive entrance in town.
Krystal Ridge – Attractive neighborhood with large custom built homes priced between $350k and $450k.
Lake Forest - You'll notice a lot of listings here, only because this is the largest neighborhood in the state of Alabama. Most of these homes are priced from $150k-$250k and include all types styles and floor plans.
Landsdown - This subdivision was established in 2008 with properties ranging between 1,800 to 2,600 square feet, located off of Route 181, not far from the Eastern Shore Centre.
Magnolia Oaks - Tucked away among 100 year old oak trees near Montrose and Mobile Bay.
Oak Bluff Estates - Typical homes are around 3,000 square feet and in a great, quiet location situated north of Montrose, next to Mobile Bay.
Oak Creek - Modest size neighborhood with new and slightly new homes near the Eastern Shore Centre.
Oakstone - A small community with estate sized homes and lots off of Route 90 near Home Depot.
Oak Ridge - Older subdivision but sought after in Olde Towne Daphne near popular restaurants, shopping, and parks.
Old Daphne - Various floor plans, sizes, and price ranges in popular section of Daphne.
Oldfield - Established in 2009, you'll find craftsman and traditional styled homes ranging from 2,000 to over 3,000 square feet. Located off of Rt. 181 in central Daphne.
Ottawa Springs - Located near the intersection of 13 and 64, you'll find properties between 1,800 and 3,000 square feet and within walking distance to Daphne Elementary and Middle Schools.
Pinewood - Established subdivision between Main Street and Route 98.
Plantation Hills – An alternative to Lake Forest without HOA fees. Spanish Fort school district.
Potters Mill - Desirable section of Daphne with large homes up to around 4,000 square feet.
Retreat at Tiawasee - New construction began in 2015 with 3-5 bedrooms between 2,500 and 3,500 square feet.
Rileywood – Mostly built after 2007 with several built around 2012. Typical properties here have 4 bedrooms.
Rolling Meadows - A modest sized neighborhood with brick properties around 2,400 to 3,000 square feet.
Sedona - New subdivision with 74 wooded lots with various styles including contemporary, traditional, cottage, and craftsmen. Prices are around the $250k mark.
Sehoy – Established subdivision with mature trees, priced in the $200k’s and $300k’s.
St Augustine - New homes from 1,600 to 2,500 square feet in central Daphne.
Stratford Glen - Decent sized properties in the $200k's located off of Whispering Pines Rd near Trione Park and the YMCA.
Tanglewood - New homes at low prices off of Whispering Pines.
The Reserve at Daphne - Great looking new construction neighborhood complete with a community lazy river. Homes are priced up to $120 per square foot.
Tiawasee Trace – Very large custom built homes near Daphne High School.
Timbercreek - Highly sought after neighborhood situated on a beautiful golf course in Daphne and Spanish Fort.
Villas at St. Charles - New construction by DR Horton. These are great townhome style properties that are affordably priced. New construction at a great price!
Waterford - Impressive looking neighborhood with brand new and slightly lived in homes from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet.
William O'Neal - Exceptional location for Mobile Bay views.
Winged Foot - Brand new subdivision in the heart of Daphne that is close to shopping, restaurants, schools, and parks. You'll find new construction at around $124 per square foot.
Woodlands at Malbis – Gorgeous, high-end community with estate sized homes and lot from 3,500 to over 6,000 square feet.
Yacht Club Villas - Large and unique properties on Mobile Bay with boating facilities.
